Web
The domain is your unique and human-friendly nickname that will be hosted by your server. You can either rent it or buy it. Anyone who will type it in their browser will be directed to your website.
The great majority of websites data is written in HTML which stand for Hypertext Markup Languages. It is the structural language of your Web pages. Each part of an HTML document is marked up, using tabs, according to its data type, either title, headers, paragraphs, images etc. The tags tell the browser how to display each data type so that it makes sense the viewer.
XHTML is an extended version of HTML. It was created in order to make HTML more extensible and allow better inter-operation with other data formats.
]It is a company that rents out space on the server, which allows you to place your website content on the Internet without having to buy your own server
It stands for Cascading Style Sheets. It is a document that contains annotations, which describe the look and the formatting of your website.
Type of site
A CMS, which stands for Content Management System is software, implemented as a web application that will allow you to create, maintain and manage your HTML content.
An e-commerce website will allow your company to display your products online and allow your customer to make online purchases on your website.
It is software that delivers quickly and smoothly graphics, animation and special effects. It easily adapts its content to different resolutions and display size.
It is a site that provides its viewer an interactive experience. The content of your site is created separately from your layout. The information is kept in a data base and is retrieved from it to be placed on one of your web page when needed or asked by your customer’s click.
A static website is one that contains pre-defined, static information that is sent to a server and is primarily coded in HTML. It will provide your costumer with consistent, standard information for an extended period of time.
Codes
It is a scripting language that runs on your website to make it more appealing to the eyes by creating interactivity. It can do effect such as making an image change when your mouse rolls over, pop-up windows and animate images.
Stands for Personal Home page but is commonly known as Hypertext Processor. It is inside an HTML document and is mostly used to create interactive pages. It manipulates the content of your website and allows you to set cookies, manage authentication and redirect your visitors.
Print
An embossed design or text is when we use heat and pressure to change the surface of the paper to create a 3D image. It can be done on either plain paper or you can decide to ad ink.
A debossed design will have the opposite final look of an embossed one. The image or text is heat-pressed into the paper, creating depressions.
It is a dry printing method that is environmentally friendly due to its dry process. It consists of a heated die and foil used to apply a graphic on paper. It is durable, aesthetic and mostly gives a high value to your business image.
Micro refers to this method’s capability of creating small physical diameters, putting on your business tools thinner coatings than any other system. It was developed to provide you with thin, smooth and uniform layers.
Data Base
MySql, SQL: It is a syntax language that enables you to communicate with a database.
XML, JSON, CSV:
It was designed to structure, send information, transport and store data.
